These terms apply when you create an account on nextsec.in or buy anything from NextSec. By registering or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Your account
- You must give your real name and an email address you can receive mail at.
- You need to verify your email address with the code we send before you can make a purchase.
- You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done from your account. Tell us straight away at support@nextsec.in if you think someone else has used it.
What we sell
- Domains: registered for one year at the price shown at checkout.
- Hosting: Starter and Pro plans, billed per year. Buying a higher plan while you hold an active one gives you a discount equal to the plan you already own.
- Gateway setup: a one-time service where we set up Cashfree, PayU or Razorpay on your website. Approval of your merchant account is decided by the gateway provider, not by NextSec.
- Tools: such as WhatsApp messaging with a limit of 500 messages per day. You must follow WhatsApp's own terms and only message people who have agreed to hear from you.
Prices, tax and payment
- All prices are in Indian rupees.
- 18% GST is added to domains and hosting. Gateway setup and tools are charged at the listed price with no GST.
- The full amount, including tax, is shown before you pay. You can pay by card, with your wallet balance, or a mix of both.
- After a successful payment we email an invoice to your registered email address. You can also download it from your order history.
Cancellations and refunds
- You can cancel an order from your order history.
- When you cancel, the full order amount is added to your NextSec wallet. Wallet balance can be used on any future purchase on the site. It is not paid back to your card or bank account.
Acceptable use
You may not use anything bought from NextSec for spam, fraud, malware, phishing, illegal content, or anything that breaks Indian law. We can suspend services used this way without a refund.
Liability
We work to keep our services available, but we cannot promise they will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, NextSec is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Orders already placed stay under the terms that applied when you placed them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
